NYFD Update

I am out of 64-FD-5, the NYFD sheet. It will get quite an update. I am going to drop a lot of the old stuff, like the old red and silver numbers, and the no longer used lettering. I will be adding some new stripes for the SUV's and Transit vans. A few more updates as well. Let me know if you have suggestions, for updating only.
